Beginning January 1, 2024, the quarterly Association Assessment will be $198.50.  Payments are due on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st and October 1st of each year.   Any payment received after the 15th of the month it is due will be considered late and may be assessed a $15.00 late fee.

 

PROCOM’S RECURRING ACH PROGRAM

 

The application for ProCom’s recuring automatic debit program can be found on the homeowner portal:

Once registered and logged in, under the Pay Assessments menu  select Sign Up for ACH Debit. 

 

E-CHECK OR CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

Login to the new homeowner portal and click on Pay Assessments, and make/set-up a one-time or recurring e-check or credit card payment. 

 

YOUR BANK’S ONLINE PAYMENT OPTIONS

· The payee must be Walnut Ridge, NOT PROCOM.

· In the memo line, enter your property street address and your new homeowner account number.

· Enter the Axos Bank payment remittance address, which is Axos Lockbox c/o ProCom, P.O. Box 2097, Secaucus, NJ, 07096-2097.

 

HAND WRITTEN CHECK OR MONEY ORDER

· Make the check payable to Walnut Ridge, NOT PROCOM.

· In the memo line, enter your property street address and your new homeowner account number referenced in your letter.

· Mail the check to the Axos Bank payment remittance address, which is Axos Lockbox c/o ProCom, P.O. Box 2097, Secaucus, NJ, 07096-2097.
