Beginning January 1, 2020, the quarterly Association Assessment will be $191.00. Payments are due on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st and October 1st of each year. Any payment received after the 15th of the month it is due will be considered late and may be assessed a $15.00 late fee.
All homeowners should be receiving their 2020 coupon Book. If you are paying by check, mail your check (payable to Walnut Ridge Community Association) along with your coupon, to Walnut Ridge Community Association c/o ProCom 572, 211 E. Lombard St PMB/Box 134, Baltimore, MD 21202-6102.
To make payment by ACH debit, go to ProCom’s website at www.procomgt.com and click on “Proposals and Requests” to download a direct debit form. Fill out and return to ProCom with a voided check.
