Tamara James of ProCom Management will now serve as our new Manager.  Tamara may be contacted via email at TJames@procomgt.com or via phone 410-721-0777 ext. 118.

In a letter mailed to all homeowners and residents in early November, D. H. Bader Management announced that they made the difficult decision to terminate their contract with Walnut Ridge.

Since that time, your Board of Directors diligently researched  prospective management companies in our area.  Interviews were conducted with those management companies that the Board felt would be a good fit for our community.

After the interview process was completed, your Board of Directors ultimately selected Professional Community Management (“ProCom”) as our new management company.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding our Community, please feel free to  contact ProCom via phone 410-721-0777.

New Parking Regulations In The Cul-De-Sac

September 29, 2008

The Walnut Ridge Board of Directors was informed that within the next few weeks, the Anne Arundel County Traffic Division will change the signs on Walnut Ridge Drive’s cul-de-sac to read “No Parking Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.”  This parking regulation will be strictly enforced by the Anne Arundel County Police.  Those in violation could be ticketed and / or towed or both.  Please remember this “new” parking regulation in the future.

The Board of Directors was also informed that vehicles are not permitted to park "head-in" in the cul-de-sac.  Only parallel parking is permitted in the cul-de-sac.  Also, homeowners are reminded that vehicles are not permitted to be parked within thirty feet of a Stop sign.  Vehicles parked "head-in" in the cul-de-sac or vehicles which are parked less than thirty feet from a Stop sign may be ticketed and / or towed or both.

Should you have any comments regarding these changes, please feel free to contact John Sheehy, Management Agent, at (301)953-1955, extension 11.
